Every baking kit, cookbook and treat box is packed with care right here in our kitchen before it heads out the door. Most orders arrive within three to five business days, and as soon as your parcel ships you'll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow it on its way to your oven.
We offer free standard shipping on every order over a small threshold, so you can stock up on baking kits and cookbooks without extra cost. Need it sooner? Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
If you're not completely happy with your baking kit, cookbook or kitchen tools, you can send them back within 30 days for a full refund — just reach out and we'll walk you through it. Items should be unused and in their original packaging; perishable ingredients can't be returned for food safety reasons.
In the rare case something arrives damaged, get in touch straight away and we will put it right immediately.
